It's All About the IP Reputation

What is a dedicated email server? It's a server where you are the only sender. Its single most important feature is a dedicated IP address. On shared hosting, a single spammer on your IP can get it blacklisted, sending your legitimate emails straight to the spam folder. A dedicated IP from iRexta means your sender reputation is 100% yours to build and protect.

Why Your Emails Are Going to Spam

If you're using shared hosting or a standard "managed" email service, your deliverability is at risk.

The Shared Hosting Problem

You share an IP with hundreds of other websites. When one of them sends spam (even accidentally), the *entire IP* is blacklisted by Gmail, Outlook, and others. Your critical business emails are now marked as spam, and there is nothing you can do about it.

The Managed Service "Black Box"

Managed email services (like Google Workspace or Mailgun) are easy, but they impose strict, low hourly/daily sending limits. This makes them impossible for high-volume marketing. You also have no root access to install custom software or fine-tune security.

The iRexta Solution: Your Deliverability Toolkit

An iRexta dedicated server gives you the hardware and network control to build a professional-grade mail platform.

Clean, Dedicated IP

Your server, your IP, your reputation. We give you a clean, dedicated IP address so you have full control over your sender score.

No Sending Limits

You have full root access and unmetered bandwidth. Send 10,000 or 10 million emails a month. We don't impose artificial sending limits.

Free DDoS Protection

Our included DDoS protection keeps your mail server online and reachable, preventing network attacks from disrupting your service.

Free RAID for Data Safety

Email is critical data. We offer free Software RAID to protect your mailboxes and logs from a single drive failure.

Your Guide to a Secure Setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

A dedicated server gives you the power to implement the "big three" of email authentication, proving to the world your emails are legitimate.

1. SPF (Sender Policy Framework)

You create a DNS record that says, "Only my dedicated IP (1.2.3.4) is allowed to send email for mydomain.com." This instantly blocks spammers from spoofing your address.

2. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)

You (or your mail software) digitally "sign" every email that leaves your server. Gmail and Outlook check this signature to verify the email wasn't tampered with.

3. DMARC (Domain-based Message Auth)

This is the final rule. You create a DNS policy that tells receivers, "If an email *claims* to be from me but fails SPF or DKIM, reject it." This protects your brand and reputation.

Run Any Mail Server Software

You have full root access. This isn't a limited control panel. You can install and manage any mail stack you need.

IT Resellers & MSPs

Use cPanel/Plesk or Mailcow to create and sell your own high-margin, private email hosting service to your clients, all managed from one powerful server.

Recommended Server Configurations

Email server hardware is about reliability and fast I/O, not massive processing power.

Frequently Asked Questions

Setting a PTR record is critical for email deliverability. You can easily set your own Reverse DNS (PTR) record for your dedicated IP directly from the iRexta client control panel.

Since it's your dedicated IP, you have full control. First, you secure your server (find the spamming script or compromised account). Second, you use tools like MXToolbox to request delisting from the blacklists. Since you have a dedicated IP, you don't have to wait for a hosting provider to act.

Yes. We offer additional IPs for a small fee. This is perfect for email marketers who want to "warm up" new IPs or separate their transactional email streams from their marketing email streams to protect their reputation.

Manually setting up a mail server (with Postfix, etc.) is complex. We highly recommend using an all-in-one platform like Mailcow (which is free and open-source) or a control panel like cPanel or Plesk. These tools handle the entire setup, including SPF, DKIM, and security, making it easy to manage.
